ISS Global offers to buy back up to €500 million of notes due 2010

Tacoma, Wash., July 13 - ISS Global A/S is holding a tender offer for up to €500 million of its euro medium-term notes due 2010, according to a company news release.

The offer will expire at noon ET on July 16.

Goldman Sachs International is the dealer manager.

ISS Global is a subsidiary of ISS Holding A/S, a Copenhagen-based provider of facility services.
