Rolta India tenders for $150 million in foreign currency convertibles

Knoxville, Tenn., June 22 - Rolta India Ltd. announced it will buy back $150 million of its foreign currency convertible bonds for cash.
The tender offer will begin June 22 and end June 25. Settlement is expected June 30. The offer will take the form of a Dutch auction.
Holders may tender their bonds for between 78% and 85.5% of par.
Deutsche Bank, London branch, is the tender agent.
Rolta is a Mumbai, India-based engineering company.
