India's Bajaj Hindusthan tenders for $101.57 million 0% convertibles

New York, June 5 - Bajaj Hindusthan Ltd. announced that it will launch a tender offer for its $101.57 million of zero-coupon foreign currency convertible bonds at 4 a.m. ET on June 8.

The offer ends at 11:59 a.m. ET on June 10.

Bajaj said that it intends to make an announcement on June 16 as to the amount payable in the offer based on the amount tendered.

Settlement is set for June 22.

Citigroup Global Markets Ltd. is the dealer manager (852 2501 2134). Citibank, NA is the tender agent (44 20 7508 3867).

Bajaj Hindusthan is a Mumbai, India-based sugar company.
