India's 3i Infotech repurchases $2 million in zero-coupon convertibles due July 2012

Knoxville, Tenn., April 27 - 3i Infotech Ltd. informed the Singapore Stock Exchange that it has bought back $2 million of its zero-coupon convertible bonds due July 27, 2012.
Following these repurchases, there are $72.87 million of the notes remaining outstanding.
3i Infotech is a Mumbai, India-based provider of software and information technology solutions.
