3i Infotech buys back some 0% convertibles due 2012

Knoxville, Tenn., April 1 - 3i Infotech Ltd. informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that it has repurchased €3 million of its zero-coupon convertible bonds due April 3, 2012 and $8.1 million of its zero-coupon convertible bonds due July 27, 2012.
Following these repurchases, there are €2.7 million of the April notes and $91.9 million of the July notes remaining outstanding.
3i Infotech is a Mumbai, India-based provider of software and information technology solutions.
