Sical Logistics repurchases $38.25 million of its convertible bonds

Knoxville, Tenn., Dec. 17 - Sical Logistics Ltd. informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that it bought back $38.25 million of its foreign currency convertible bonds.

The company may buy back more of the convertibles in future transactions.

Sical is a Chennai, India-based logistics company with operations in port terminals, port handling, trucking, warehousing and offshore supply services.
