Legacy Health, Ore., calls 1999, 2003 Clackamas County Hospital bonds

Milwaukee, Dec. 9 - Legacy Health System of Oregon gave notice that it will redeem a portion of its Hospital Facility Authority of Clackamas County, Ore., revenue bonds, series 1999 and series 2003.

A portion of the 1999 bonds will be redeemed on Jan. 13, and a portion of the 2003 bonds will be redeemed on Jan. 20.

The bonds will be redeemed with proceeds from the State of Oregon Oregon Facilities Authority Legacy Health System refunding revenue bonds 2010 series A to be issued on Jan. 13.

The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA is the trustee.
