Intermountain Power of Utah calls $83.94 million 1998A, 1999A bonds

Milwaukee, Nov. 16 - The Intermountain Power Agency of Utah gave notice that on Dec. 14 it will redeem all its outstanding power supply revenue refunding bonds, 1998 series A and 1999 series A, totaling $59.075 million and $24.865 million, respectively.

The 1998 series A bonds will be redeemed at par. The 1999 series A bonds will be redeemed at 101.

The Bank of New York Mellon is the trustee or agent.

Affected are the following 1998 series A bonds:

• $6.48 million of 5.25% bonds due July 1, 2014,

• $27.25 million of 5.25% bonds due July 1, 2015 and

• $25.345 million of 5% bonds due July 1, 2020.

Affected are the following 1999 series A bonds:

• $3.72 million of 5.25% bonds due July 1, 2011,

• $2.605 million of 5.25% bonds due July 1, 2012,

• $1.005 million of 5.375% bonds due July 1, 2013,

• $1.58 million of 5.375% bonds due July 1, 2014,

• $1.115 million of 5.375% bonds due July 1, 2015 and

• $14.84 million of 5% bonds due July 1, 2019.
