Domtar bought back $38 million 5 3/8% notes, repaid revolver borrowings in third quarter

New York, Nov. 5 - Domtar Corp. repurchased $38 million par value of its 5 3/8% notes due 2013 during the third quarter of 2009, according to a 10-Q filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The company also repaid borrowings under its revolving credit facility in the third quarter.

Domtar is a paper company based in Montreal.
