Amtek Auto buys back $113.9 million in foreign-currency convertibles

Knoxville, Tenn., Oct. 29 - Amtek Auto Ltd. informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that it repurchased $113.9 million of its foreign-currency convertible bonds at a discount.
Following this, there is $136.1 million of the convertibles remaining outstanding.
Amtek Auto is a New Delhi-based auto parts maker.
