Scientific Games buys back $43 million 0.75% convertibles due 2024

Chicago, Oct. 26 - Scientific Games Corp. said it repurchased $43 million principal amount of its 0.75% convertible senior subordinated debentures due 2024 during the third quarter of 2009.

The company has repurchased $174.6 million of its outstanding convertibles in 2009, leaving a balance of $99 million outstanding.

Scientific Games is a New York supplier of technology-based products, systems and services to gaming markets.
