AudioCodes extends put option for 2% convertibles by seven hours

Tacoma, Wash., Oct. 20 - AudioCodes Ltd. said it pushed back the expiration of the upcoming put option given to holders of its 2% senior convertible notes due 2024.

The put option will now expire at midnight ET on Nov. 9 instead of 5 p.m. ET on Nov. 9.

The notes have a conversion price of $18.71. The company's stock closed at $2.95 (Nasdaq: AUDC) on Oct. 19.

AudioCodes provides voice-over-internet protocol technologies and voice network products and is based in Lod, Israel.
