Sapiens buys back NIS 1.29 million convertibles for NIS 1.24 million

Chicago, Jan. 20 - Sapiens International Corp. NV said it repurchased NIS 1.29 million of its series A convertible debentures.

The company said it paid NIS 0.965 per NIS 1.00 unit for a total of NIS 1.24 million.

Sapiens is a provider of software and technology services to the insurance industry based in Nes-Ziona, Israel.
