AAR buys back $12 million convertibles in quarter

New York, Sept. 17 - AAR Corp. said it bought back $12 million of its 1.75% convertible notes during the fiscal first quarter ending Aug. 31.

The Wood Dale, Ill., provider of aerospace and defense products and services paid $10.9 million for the notes.
