Modesto Irrigation, Calif., to tender, remarket $66.03 million COPs

Springdale, Ark., Aug. 15 - The Modesto Irrigation District in California plans to remarket the $66.025 million series 2004B certificates of participation, according to a preliminary reoffering circular.

The auction-rate certificates (/A+/A+) have a mandatory tender on Sept. 9 and will be converted to a fixed rate.

The certificates have serial maturities from 2026 through 2035.

Goldman, Sachs & Co. is the remarketing agent.
