Altra Holdings retires $15 million of its 9% notes

Knoxville, Tenn., Aug. 4 - Altra Holdings, Inc. announced it has strengthened its balance sheet by repurchasing $15 million of its 9% senior secured notes during the second quarter.

Altra is an automotive parts supplier based in Quincy, Mass.
