E-470 Public Highway Authority in Colorado plans to convert, tender $423.34 million bonds

Springdale, Ark., May 8 - The E-470 Public Highway Authority in Colorado intends to convert and tender $423.34 million senior revenue bonds in late May, according to a notice.

The conversion and mandatory tender includes $105.825 million series 2007A bonds; $105.825 million series 2007B bonds; $105.825 million series 2007C bonds and $105.865 million series 2007D bonds.

The series 2007A and series 2007D bonds are expected to be converted on May 27.

The series 2007B bonds will be converted on May 28, and the series 2007C bonds are planned to be converted on May 30.

E-470 is a toll highway near the Denver metropolitan area.
