New York Energy Research and Development to tender, convert interest on $74 million bonds

Springdale, Ark., April 28 - The New York State Energy Research and Development Authority plans to tender and convert the interest rate on $74 million pollution control refunding revenue bonds on May 27, according to a notice.

The series 1994D1 and D2 bonds will be converted to a weekly interest rate.

The bonds were sold for the New York State Electric & Gas Corp.
