Catholic Health Initiatives, Denver, plans to retire outstanding $798.5 million commercial paper notes

Springdale, Ark., April 25 - Catholic Health Initiatives plans to retire $27.7 million of its outstanding $798.5 million commercial paper notes on May 2, according to a notice.

Denver-based Catholic Health then plans to retire $110.1 million of the remaining amount on the last day of each of its fiscal quarters, beginning June 30, 2008.

The final payment is expected on Dec. 31, 2009.
