SSM Health Care in Missouri to cancel insurance policy, tender $146.1 million bonds

Springdale, Ark., April 8 - SSM Health Care Corp. in Missouri plans to terminate its bond insurance policy and tender $146.1 million weekly interest rate bonds.

The $60 million subseries 2005C-5 bonds and $86.1 million subseries 2005C-3 bonds are to be tendered on May 1, according to a notice released Monday.

The bonds will be remarketed on the same date.

The policy, carried by Financial Guaranty Insurance Corp., also will be cancelled on May 1.

The bonds, due June 1, 2033, priced through the Health and Educational Facilities Authority of the State of Missouri.

UBS Financial Services is the remarketing agent.
