Tarrant County Cultural Education Finance, Texas, extends tender offer on series 2007A-2 bonds to August

New York, April 2 - The Tarrant County Cultural Education Finance Facilities Authority in Texas said it will extend its previously announced tender offer on its series 2007A-2 hospital revenue bonds.

At the request of bondholders, the investors may tender their auction-rate bonds through Aug. 11, pushed back from April 4.

The bonds were originally sold for the Methodist Hospitals of Dallas project.
