California calls $100 million of series 2003 D-2 G.O. bonds

Des Moines, March 24 - The State of California announced that it will redeem $100 million principal amount of its general obligation bonds, series 2003 D-2, at par on April 24.

Holders will also receive accrued interest through the redemption date.

The bonds have a scheduled maturity date of May 1, 2033.
