Meridian Health System, N.J., first tranche of 2007 auction-rate bonds to be converted

New York, March 18 - The New Jersey Facilities Financing Authority will convert the first tranche of its series 2007 auction-rate securities, which were sold for the Meridian Health System Obligated Group.

The conversion to a daily, weekly, short-term, long-term or indexed put mode will take place on April 22, according to a notice of conversion released Tuesday. The bonds are currently set at an auction-rate mode.
