Forsyth, Mont., calls $66.7 million revenue refunding bonds issued for Avista

Tacoma, Wash., Dec. 16 - The city of Forsyth in Montana will redeem the $66.7 million series 1999A pollution control revenue refunding bonds it issued for Avista Corp.'s Colstrip Project.

Bondholders will receive par plus accrued interest up to but excluding the purchase date, which is Dec. 31.

The redemption is being made in connection with the conversion of the bonds' term interest rate to a weekly interest rate on Dec. 31, according to a notice issued by trustee Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA.
