Mission Energy retires its 13½% notes

Chicago, June 26 - Mission Energy Holding Co said it redeemed its remaining 13½% senior secured notes due 2008 on Monday.

The company has no more outstanding debt securities.

The company is a subsidiary of the Rosemead, Calif.-based energy company Edison Mission Energy.
