Gray Television calls 9¼% notes

New York, March 20 - Gray Television Inc. announced the redemption of its 9¼% senior subordinated notes due 2011 on April 18.

The Atlanta-based communications company said it will pay a redemption price equal to $1,046.25 per $1,000 principal amount of notes, plus accrued interest up to the redemption date.

Deutsche Bank Trust Co. Americas is the trustee (800 735-7777).
