AMC Entertainment calls all 9½% notes due 2011

Washington, Feb. 15 - AMC Entertainment Inc. announced that it will redeem all of its outstanding 9½% senior subordinated notes due 2011.

As of Feb. 15, $212.811 million principal amount of the notes was outstanding.

The notes will be redeemed on March 19 for the principal amount plus accrued interest of about $12.667 per $1,000 principal amount of notes.

AMC is a theater operator based in Kansas City, Mo.
