TransDigm calls 8 3/8% notes

Des Moines, July 7 - Transdigm, Inc. will redeem all its outstanding 8 3/8% notes on Aug. 7.

Each note will be redeemed for $1,062.81 per $1,000 principal amount plus accrued interest.

As of July 7, $330,000 of notes were outstanding. These remained after a tender offer that closed June 23, in which Transdigm bought $399.67 million principal amount of notes.

Transdigm is a Cleveland, Ohio-based aerospace components manufacturer.
