Mediacom to redeem 11% notes

New York, June 19 - Mediacom Communications Corp. said that its two principal subsidiaries, Mediacom LLC and Mediacom Broadband LLC, will redeem their $400 million of 11% senior notes due 2013.

The companies will pay 105.5% plus accrued interest to July 17, the redemption date.

The Bank of New York is trustee.

Mediacom is a Middletown, N.Y., acquirer and developer of cable systems.
