Sanmina-SCI calls remaining 10 3/8% notes

Erie, Pa., Feb. 16 - Sanmina-SCI Corp. said it will redeem all its remaining 10 3/8% senior notes due 2010.

Any notes not submitted in the company's previously announced tender offer for the debt will be redeemed on March 10. The tender ends at midnight ET on Feb. 28, unless extended.

Sanmina-SCI said the total principal amount outstanding of the notes is currently $28.5 million.

Upon redemption, holders of the notes will receive the principal amount of the notes, plus accrued and unpaid interest to, but excluding, the redemption date, plus the make-whole premium.

U.S. Bank NA is the tender agent (800-934-6802).

Sanmina-SCI is an electronics contract manufacturer based in San Jose, Calif.
