Emulex holders put back all $236 million of 0.25% convertibles

New York, Dec. 18 - Emulex Corp. said that holders of all $236 million of its 0.25% convertible subordinated notes due 2023 exercised the put option by its expiration at 5 p.m. ET on Dec. 15.

The company will pay par plus accrued interest.

On May, 6, 2006, the Costa Mesa, Calif., storage networking company said it bought back $47 million of its 0.25% convertibles on April 28. Emulex paid $43.6 million for the securities.
