Waterford Gaming redeems $6.042 million 8 5/8% notes using excess cash flow

Seattle, Nov. 13 - Waterford Gaming, LLC said it redeemed $6.042 million of its 8 5/8% senior notes due 2012 on Sept. 15 as required under the excess cash flow provisions of the notes.
The company paid 105.581% of par, according to a 10-Q report filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Monday.
Waterford has redeemed $37.957 million of the notes to date: $6.477 million on March 15, 2006 at 106.596% of par, $5.599 million on Sept. 15, 2005 at the same price, $5.600 million on March 15, 2005 at 107.610% of par, $5.025 million on Sept. 15, 2004 at 107.610% of par, $7.302 million on March 15, 2004 at 108.625% of par and $1.912 million on Sept. 15, 2003 at 108.625% of par.
The Waterford, Conn., casino operator originally priced $155 million of the notes in June 2003.
