Gray Television buys back $4.7 million 9¼% notes, pays down $15.1 million of facility

New York, Nov. 8 - Gray Television Inc. said it used $4.7 million to repay some of its 9¼% senior subordinated notes and applied $15.1 million to the repayment of its senior credit facility and other debt.

The Atlanta-based communications company added that it repurchased 175 shares of its series C redeemable serial preferred stock for $1.8 million and 902,200 common shares for $5.6 million.
