Advanced Micro Devices to redeem all 4.75% convertible debentures

New York, Jan. 12 - Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. announced the redemption of all its $500 million of 4.75% convertible senior debentures due 2022, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The company will redeem the notes at 101.583% plus accrued interest up to but excluding the Feb. 6 redemption date.

The Bank of New York is the trustee.

The Sunnyvale, Calif., company provides microprocessor services for computing, communications and consumer electronics markets.
