PPR says Oceane bonds will be converted or redeemed early

Des Moines, Sept. 21 - PPR announced the early redemption or conversion of all of its outstanding Oceane convertible bonds due Jan. 1, 2008.

The company will release complete details of the redemption and conversion on Sept. 29.

PPR is a retail and luxury goods company with headquarters in Paris.
