Boyd Gaming to redeem all 9¼% senior notes Aug. 1

New York, June 30 - Boyd Gaming Corp. said it will redeem its 9¼% senior notes due 2009 on Aug. 1 at $1,046.25 per $1,000.00 principal amount plus interest accrued to the redemption date.

The company will fund the redemption with borrowings under its credit facility.

Holders may surrender their notes to The Bank of New York.

Based in Las Vegas, Boyd Gaming is an operator of 18 gaming entertainment properties.
