Parker Drilling calls $65 million 10 1/8% notes

New York, April 21 - Parker Drilling Co. said it will redeem $65 million principal amount of its 10 1/8% senior notes due 2009 on May 21.

The Houston offshore drilling and energy services company will pay 105.0625% of par.
