American Achievement calls $6.075 million 11 5/8% notes

Pittsburgh, March 31 - American Achievement Corp. said it will redeem its $6.075 million outstanding of 11 5/8% senior unsecured notes due 2007 on May 15 at a price of 105.813% of the principal amount plus accrued interest.

American Achievement is an Austin, Texas-based manufacturer and supplier of class rings, yearbooks, graduation products, achievement productions and recognition and affinity jewelry.
