Antenna completes tender for 9¾% notes, buys €130.13 million

New York, March 2 - Antenna TV SA said it completed its tender for its 9¾% senior notes due 2008, buying €130.134 million of the securities.

Of the original €138.75 million, €8.616 million now remain outstanding.

The tender ended at midnight ET on Feb. 25.

On Feb. 11 Antenna TV said it received the necessary consents to amend its 9¾% notes and said it had set pricing in the tender offer.

The amendment to the indenture will eliminate substantially all the restrictive covenants.

By the consent deadline of midnight ET on Feb. 10 the Athens, Greece-based broadcast television and radio company had received tenders and consents from holders of 89% of the notes.

Antenna also said that it will pay €1,064.44 per €1,000 principal amount of notes. Holders who tendered by the consent deadline will also receive a consent payment of €10.00 per €1,000 principal amount.

Pricing was set at 10 a.m. ET on Feb. 11 using a spread over the mid-market price of the 6.875% German Bund due May 12, 2005.
