Polaroid to redeem all series A preferred stock

Washington, Dec. 10 - Polaroid Holding Co. said it plans to redeem all outstanding series A 8% cumulative compounding preferred stock for on Dec. 27 for $105.69 per share.

The price is composed of a liquidation preference of $101.69 as of June 30 plus accrued dividends in the interim.

Polaroid's received approval of its bank lenders for the redemption Dec. 8. Citicorp USA Inc. is the domestic administrative agent and Bank of America NA is the foreign administrative agent.

The Waltham, Mass.-based instant print photography company made the statements in an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
