Alliance Atlantis calls all $300 million 13% notes

Pittsburgh, Nov. 19 - Alliance Atlantis Communications Inc. will redeem all its $300 million outstanding 13% senior subordinated notes due Dec. 15, 2009 on Dec. 21, according to a company news release.

The redemption will be financed by the company's new senior secured credit facilities.

Alliance Atlantis is a Toronto-based specialty broadcaster.
