Finova to prepay $118.72 million of 7½% notes
Pittsburgh, Sept. 1 - The Finova Group will make a $118.72 plus interest partial prepayment to holders of its 7½% senior secured notes due 2009 with contingent interest due 2016, according to an 8-K filed Wednesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The prepayment will be made on Oct. 15 to holders as of 5 p.m. ET on Oct. 7, according to the filing.
Including the October payment, Finova will have prepaid 23% of the $2.97 billion of notes outstanding as of Dec. 31, 2003.
