Premier Foods to call notes

New York, June 22 - Premier Foods plc said it plans to redeem its sterling- and dollar-denominated senior notes due 2009 once they become callable on Sept. 1.

The sterling notes are callable at a price of 106.125 while the dollar notes are callable at 106.

The London-based company also noted that the redemption is planned but it cannot give an assurance that it will actually go ahead.
