QuadraMed tenders for 10% notes

New York, June 17 - QuadraMed Corp. said it has begun a cash tender offer for any and all of its 10% senior secured notes due 2008.

The company is offering $1,050 per $1,000 principal amount plus accrued interest.

The Reston, Va., provider of healthcare information technology and services currently has $73.7 million of the notes outstanding. They were issued in April 2003.

The tender runs through 5 p.m. ET on July 16.
