CNF to redeem Tecons

New York, April 26 - CNF Inc. said it plans to use $128.866 million from its planned offering of $300 million senior debentures due 2034 to redeem its $2.50 Term Convertible Securities, series A in the Tecon structure issued by CNF Trust I.

CNF is a Palo Alto, Calif. supply chaing services company.
