R.H. Donnelley to redeem 9 1/8% notes

New York, Jan. 8 - R.H. Donnelley Inc. (B1/B+) said that it has called for redemption all $21.245 million of its remaining outstanding 9 1/8% senior subordinated notes due 2008.

The company, a Purchase, N.Y. -based directory publishing subsidiary of R.H. Donnelley Corp., said that the notes would be redeemed on Feb. 6, at a redemption price of 104.563%of the principal amount, plus accrued and unpaid interest.

It said that the redemption of the 9 1/8% notes along with the premium and expenses will be funded with proceeds from its term loan B-2 portion of its senior credit facility, amended Dec. 8.

Previously, R.H. Donnelley had repurchased most of the 9 1/8% notes in a tender offer and related consent solicitation that concluded on Jan. 3. It said that time that holders had tendered 85.5% of the $150 million of notes which were then outstanding.
