Thistle Hotels starts tender for 10¾% debentures

New York, Dec. 5 - Thistle Hotels Ltd. said it has begun a tender offer to buy up to 30% of its £200 million 10¾% first mortgage debenture stock due 2014.

The London-based hotel company said it has sent details to holders of the securities.

Computershare Investor Services plc is the tender agent (0870 702 0100).
