Internet Initiative buys back ¥3.17 billion convertibles
New York, Nov. 19 - Internet Initiative Japan Inc. said it repurchased ¥3.168 billion of its 1.75% convertible notes due 2005 in the open market.
Following the repurchase, the Tokyo internet access and network company has ¥11.382 billion of the convertibles outstanding.
Internet Initiative originally sold ¥15 billion of the convertibles in April 2000.
