Applied Graphics redeems 10% notes
New York, Aug. 13 - Applied Graphics Technologies, Inc. said it repurchased all its 10% subordinated notes due 2005 or redeemed them on Aug. 12.
No notes remain outstanding. The New York digital imaging company did not disclose further details.
The company previously said it would retire all its 10% subordinated notes due 2005 at a "substantial" discount as part of the leveraged buyout of the company by Kohlberg & Co. LLC.
