Missouri Highways defeases series 2006A, 2006B & 2007 state road bonds

Norfolk, Va., June 4 - The Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission gave notice of advance refunding for its series 2006A and 2006B first-lien state road bonds and series 2007 second-lien state road bonds.

The commission defeased $149.15 million of 2006A bonds, $503.33 million of 2006B bonds and $325.29 million of 2007 bonds.

The 2006 bonds will be redeemed on May 1, 2016 and the 2007 bonds will be redeemed on May 1, 2017..

The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA is the escrow agent.
